People getting leveled rapidly and unintentionally is an issue with how servers and quests operate, not with save editing. Seriously, this kind of modding is in no way ruining the game for other players, any more than a legitimately high leveled character (which is easy to obtain with an organized group) at least. Hell, my main legitimate character is already over 1000, which is 99 power level, only 1 below the maximum. So really, this kind of character editing doesn't provide any more of a danger to other players, than any legitimately high level players. There quite a few people that have legitimately leveled to 2000+, with multiplayer, inn-resetting, boss runs of course.
